Unlimited data plan

I have the 600Mbps "fast" plan that includes "Advanced WiFi equipment and unlimited data included for 5 years" Yet my account shows I'm about to run out of data? Anyone else have issues with the site not showing proper info?

user_5953uw Your app may not have updated to the new plan as they can usually take longer to do. Did you recently change your plan to the unlimited data?

It showed I had unlimited with my 400mbps but I was still going over so I upped the speed to 600 w/unlimited data and yet my account still shows I have a data cap?? The website shows I have unlimited but my data is still capped!  Xfinity is the worst!!! I have to go into the store now and show them  how [Edited: "Language"] up this company is by bringing in my laptop and showing them!! Total waste of my time!!!!

@user_5953uw - Thanks for providing those details. We appreciate you refraining from using language while visiting the Xfinity Community Forum, and our team is happy to help! You shouldn't have to visit an Xfinity Store in person to resolve things. It's good news that the website is reflecting your Unlimited Data! Have you recently reset the app just in case? You can do this by logging out, force-closing the application, uninstalling and re-installing it if necessary. Please let me know if this helps!
