Unknown devices on my network
On Jan 3rd 2020, there were 3 different machines with "IPprocom-XXYY" accesed my network( none of them are my devices - I checked the Mac address) , but can't find any activities on xifinity site, worried , if the router was hacked ?

as family we were out of statation on a day ,and on that day , I see a device was connected to my network with name "InProCom-BADB" , with a mac address of 00082214BADB, and I can't find any logs regarding this device on xfinity portal, does this mean my router is compromised on that day ?

thanks for reply, " your router has been compromised by your neighbour due to weak wifi password and suggest you reflush and factory reset with stronger password."
does this mean router has been compromised ?

I had chat with Xfinity regarding this, they feel that router has been compromised on Jan 3rd 2020 , as there were mutliple unknown devices connected on that day and going to setup with Customer security assurance to get a new router. Thanks for your help

Sorry but that's not the one that I wanted you to focus on. Look at the second one below it;

Problem is that I am not getting system log from my router , it is blank , even if I run for 90 days, so I am not having any other infromation other than the Mac address of the device, there were 3 such devices connected on Jan3rd itself .
