Unknown devices connecting
I’m having problems with my devices they will connect. I’ll set up everything name it set it to the speed I prefer 2.4 or 5G and it will disconnect and reconnect as a different device. I also get ghost devices connecting to my network that I can’t identify on my device list even after receiving a text and email saying a new device connected to my network please help

@Koda4566 I am sorry you are having issues with unknown devices connecting to your network. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact them by following this link: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/ or by calling CSA Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329. I would also suggest changing the password after removing those devices from your network.
