Unknown Devices Connecting to Network

An unknown device (Blink XT Camera) has connected to our home network, and we don't recognize the device.  The same with an Apple device.  Both started connecting yesterday.  I've paused and then forgotten the devices, and the Blink camera reconnected today with a different MAC address.  How can I determine who owns these devices?  What, besides changing our network password, can be done to ensure they can no longer connect?  We have a WPA2 security mode.

user_2nj5ab, Thanks for reaching out to Xfinity support. Those are great questions. Without sharing any personal information, do you live in an apartment? There is a chance that someone who lives near you is accessing your Wifi. It may not be intentional, but it can happen. The best thing you can do is to make sure all of your devices are named and listed on your Xfinity App. That way, if a strange one comes through, you can just decline to allow it to connect. Let me know what other questions you have.
