Unknown Devices Connecting to Network

I've had the same device (Blink XT Camera) connect to our network, and I do not recognize or the Apple device that's also tried connecting.  I've paused each device I didn't recognize.  I don't understand how access can be given.  How can I determine who owns these devices?
