Unknown device got in my network
Hi all, the last two days an unknown device “Sercomm” has connected to my network and I don’t have any items like like IP cams or window or door sensors. I looked this up and it’s a home management system, which I don’t have! All it show is MAC address and host name. I have two ring cams/doorbell which I can identify. A couple amazon plugs (identified) and an echo (identified). I paused the Sercomm device and it came back (with different numbers after Sercomm) the next day even after I changed my password and all my devices. Any ideas?

Their Advanced Security feature has recently been pushed to their gateway devices via a firmware update whether you want it or not, hence the hypochondriac notices. It's buggy.
We've seen many many posts about this here lately ! The work-around is to disable the Advanced Security and not use it for now, it's buggy.;
