unerrored code words

Does anyone know how i can get rid of the unerrored code words on my xb8? a few days back i also had correctable codewords but those i assume went to one channel.

Do you mean *uncorrectable* codewords because the "unerrored" codewords are the good ones.

@EG​ it's just unerrored code words i was just trying to figure out why it was over 3 billion of the on all channels ?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

The unerrored codewords are the majority (at least they should be) of the total amount of codewords/data that is/are passed from the internet to your LAN.
