Uncorrectables and T3 time outs

@EG

I presently have the following uncorrectables on my modem, Arris sb6190: (channel-# of uncorrectables) 4-483; 12-2272; 13-40567; 14-34709; 15-21851; 16-26701; 17-27057. I also have multiple Priority-3 T3 time-outs. And my modem clock is ahead by 1 hour. I have no cable splitters. The modem is directly connected to Comcast cable all the way to the pole and perhaps beyond. Our house is at the end of the cable line. I am not a professional as most on this forum seem to be. How can I get Xfinity-Comcast to fix my line?

Are you actually experiencing any connectivity problems ? Dropouts / speed problems.

@EG I've just checked my speed: up 573.71 Mbps, down 41.54 Mbps.
Regarding recent Priority-3 time-outs:
Fri Aug 14, 3 times between7-9AM:
RCS Partial Service;CM-MAC=d4:...:11;CMTS-MAC=00:....:00;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
I'm not sure how to check for dropouts. If you mean modem lights status, then I don't know. My modem is in my garage. However, I live above the garage on the 2nd floor so I'm not watching the modem continuously.

@rickhalv Sorry. Let me try that again:

Are you noticing any lapses / interupptions of your connection when you are doing things online ?

We have not noticed any lapses / interruptions of our online connection. I'm not sure that we would have noticed them since we mostly connect for non-essentials: movies, surfing the news, etc. However, at times, we are online for our investments' status & may be buying, selling stocks, for example. This could be troublesome. I'd rather look into these cable issues before there's a trading failure. Are these channel uncorrectables, Priority-3 T3 time-outs, and inability to share the proper time with my modem normal Comcast cable characteristics?

They can be normal if they are few and far between. If they are frequent and numerous, they can cause dropouts / disconnections.
