i've been jerked around and hung up on for a week. I just need to unblock a single IP because you people turned on some advanced security without asking me

After doing a simple Google search I was able to find this site: https://postmaster.comcast.net/block-removal-request.html
Have you tried this method of requesting a block on an IP address to be removed?

Just disable the Xfi Advanced Security feature for now as a workaround. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to whitelist anything;
