Unauthorized logins

I noticed several unauthorized logins from Brazil so I changed my password and turned on 2FA. A week later still shows unauthorized logins, now from Hong Kong (multiple IPs), and I get a "no contact" error message if I try to change my password or manage account access. No account fraud that I can detect, but I am concerned. What's causing this?
