Unauthorized bill increase

My internet bill jumped from $50 to $70 without authorization. Please fix this or cancel my service.

Any upcoming changes to billing would be outlined on the billing statement, which is available as a PDF file through the Xfinity app or website. Things like the expiration of a promotional rate would typically be on the 3rd page in green font, showing the discounted amount and estimated expiration. You can manage your services to see if there is another plan you'd like to change to, or our team is available to review the account and build quotes on available plans as well.
