Unaddressed Arris S33 & Connectivity Issues by XFINITY

I also am having the EXACT same Arris S33 & Connectivity Issues and have been struggling for the past month. It's obvious to me that XFINITY is ignoring this issue and burying its head in the sand here hoping it will go away. Not sure why this is happening as it is clearly a problem.

WE do have atrove of resources for you to take advantage of, including detailed steps for troubleshooting built by our Community Experts.
