Unacceptably slow internet speed
I moved down here To Tucson, from Colorado where I had Xfinity gig speed, and most often I've run Ookla speed test and pulling the mid 900s which I found to be consistent and acceptable. I moved down here to Tucson a little over a month ago and I got Xfinity gig speed the same thing and I have not yet broken 500. My attempts to get a technician to come out here fix my internet has been fruitless. The AI chatbot is useless I've been lied to by it it told me at one time it was a live agent when it was not it will not let me talk to a live agent it just likes to run me around in circles. Going on 2 months now I have attempted no less than 10 times to get technical support on this issue and all I get is your AI chatbot telling me how great my signal is it keeps telling me how it's 1100 Mb/s coming into the unit really? Because most of the time I pulled 350 and not only that it's not stable it fades in and out if not disconnects all together fairly regularly as I'm consistently notified by several chats with other entities telling me that I'm becoming disconnected and restored then disconnected and restored and disconnected. I need a resolution to this problem I am paying for service I am not getting I'm dealing with robots on the telephone and on the chats that lead me nowhere. It is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life and I'm 64 years old I want to know why you keep telling me that I'm getting what well first of all I was promised 1100 Mb/s and the promise portion of the page where I order things so I get the equipment home and I hook it up and it activated and nothing but problems and way way short of anything that could be considered gig speed. As I said I had the same service up in Colorado and it was working fine so I'm sick of people telling me to restart my computer and talk to me like I'm a child and tell me that what I'm seeing is not what I'm seeing can talk to like I'm stupid. What I want is what was promised I pay you so much a month and I get gig speed if I don't get gig speed you come and fix it. I want a technician to come out and see what the problem is. I've had chat Bots lie to me saying that I will be contacted by a tech support person via text and that never happens via phone call and that never happens and I have had it with the misdirection bad information the outright lies and the complete reluctance to fix my problem I have never seen anything like it anywhere on Earth the level of [Edited: "Language"] that I was fed when I ordered this and what I have now and the other enormity of the task of trying to get someone to come and fix it it's beyond insane. I don't know how you can operate like this. Now you say 1100 megabits per second coming into the unit okay well on my 4400 MSI gamer which of course again was working perfectly up in Aurora Colorado no problem there what does this say?
these were taking it to completely different times of the day it's consistently like this it went over 500 1 time
