Unacceptable Wi-Fi Signal in Apartment – Request for Immediate Assistance

Dear Xfinity Support,

I’m writing to express serious concerns about the Wi-Fi service in our apartment.

While the room with the router receives a stable connection, the adjacent room consistently gets only two bars of signal strength. My roommates are unable to stream videos or perform basic online tasks due to the weak and unstable signal. This is not acceptable, especially given the level of service we’re paying for.

We need someone to come and inspect the setup as soon as possible to determine why the signal is not reaching all rooms adequately. If there is an issue with the equipment or installation, we expect it to be resolved promptly.

In addition, we’ve been paying extra for a speed upgrade, yet the internet performance in the affected rooms remains poor. If this upgraded service cannot deliver reliable coverage throughout a small apartment, we request that the additional charge be removed from our bill.

Please treat this as an urgent matter. We expect a timely response and a resolution.
