Unacceptable Service

I am writing to formally dispute the lack of a billing adjustment for ongoing internet service problems and repeated outages at my residence.

I have had four technician visits to my home, and your technicians have acknowledged that there is a problem with the service. Despite these repeated visits and the continued inconvenience, Xfinity has not offered a reasonable account credit or satisfactory resolution.

Each appointment has required me to rearrange my work schedule to be home for your technicians. I have made every effort to cooperate with your troubleshooting process, yet the underlying service issue remains unresolved. This has cost me valuable time and caused unnecessary disruption to my schedule.

I am disappointed that, despite four visits and your technicians' acknowledgment of the problem, Xfinity has not taken appropriate steps to recognize the inconvenience and unreliable service I have experienced.

I am requesting the following:

  1. A fair billing credit reflecting the recurring service interruptions and unreliable service.

  2. A review of my account and the records from all four technician visits.

  3. Escalation of this complaint to a supervisor or customer relations representative with the authority to approve an appropriate adjustment.

  4. A clear explanation of the steps Xfinity will take to resolve the underlying service issue permanently.

I have been cooperative throughout this process, and I believe it is reasonable to expect reliable service and fair treatment when that service is not being delivered as expected.

If this matter cannot be resolved through normal customer service, I will consider escalating my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels.

Please respond in writing with your proposed resolution.

Sincerely,

Joseph Anderson
