Unacceptable Service
My 500Mbps has diminished over time to <20Mbps. The packet loss is so bad, I bounce between 30-400 ping in every game. And now Xfinity has effectively removed every single possible way to contact them. The robot talks you in circles until it determines it can’t help you, and then it closes the conversation by itself. This is totally, wholly unacceptable. Not sure how this can be called customer service when there is no service being provided.
