Unacceptable internet speeds

My current plan is for 1100 mb/s and I’m only getting download speeds of 35 mb/s currently.  This is of course unacceptable and I would like to know how to remedy this situation considering there is no way to access a customer service agent by Xfinity assistant or the customer support number.
