Unable to solve issue with chat bot

I somehow deleted my network while trying to connect a printer to the modem. Restarting and talking with the Xfinity assistant does nothing. Some devices can connect while others cannot. I would like to talk with technical support

@XfinityBillie I’ve tried this. The only accessible network was the ‘setup’ network.

i renamed this using the app.

some devices- iPhones TV work fine.

sonos speaker and one tablet won’t join network. I don’t think the standard protocol will resolve my issue

user_7vq5r5 Thank you for confirming that you have tried that step. Our team would be more than happy to take a look at what's happening and assist you with finding a resolution. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
