Unable to Sign up in xFinity WiFi Hotspots App

I just upgraded my internet service and I’m experiencing the same issue. I have not had this issue with my previous plan only since I’ve updated has it not worked. I also get the same error code 0106 

Spent hours in chat and on the phone with xfinity. Horrible experience. Kept getting bumped around to different tech members. We even went to the xfinity store and they just gave us phone numbers to call. So frustrating.
