Unable to reinstall gen 1 xfi pods after upgrading to gen 2 xfi pods
I recently upgraded to generation 2 xfi pods to get better coverage. When installing the new pods I had to remove the older gen 1 pods (3 each). After successfully installing the gen 2 pods I find I still would like to use 1 or 2 of the gen 1 pods. However, I am unable to reinstall them because the activate xfi pod tab is no longer showing on my phone app. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem, and if yes, how were you able to correct this. I tried getting through the xfinity phone supportto talk to someone three times, but the only thing they want to do is reset my modem.
