Unable to receive support
I am attempting to cancel my service and continue to be stonewalled by support. I have the transcripts if needed. Due to many reasons, I want this stuff in writing and not over phone calls, and yes, I was told multiple times I'd receive a verbal confirmation call which never happened.
I want to cancel my service, and xfinity is refusing to allow me to be able to do that. That is where I currently stand as far as how I am understanding this right now.
