Unable to perform port forward deletions or remove erroneous ports.
I've recently went and redid some of my port forwards, through the xfinity app as directed.
Found a erroneous subnet, listed under my devices as well with a port of 0.
Additionally, tried to delete some previous port forwards and keep just getting and error.
Nothing happens and the customer support calls are absolutely worthless, no technical experience. So I basically get the reach around anytime I call someone.
I'm not entirely sure why we can't manage the old way under the gateway IP address.
As a software engineer myself, it's freaking disgusting having to navigate through the UI for port forwarding and extra apps.

Hello @mek4094, thanks for reaching out for help with your port forwarding.
Currently customers with xFi Gateways can only set up and adjust Port Forwarding settings using the Xfinity app. In the Xfinity app, navigate to WiFi > View WiFi equipment > Advanced settings > Port forwarding.
Its also important to note that the device is using an IPv4 address to connect to the network and not an IPv6 address. The Xfinity app can only support port forwards for devices using IPv4 addresses. If the device is dual stack, check with the device manufacture on how to disable the IPv6 or set the IPv4 as “Preferred." You will also want to ensure you did not set a static IP for the device using the Gateway Admin page (10.0.0.1).
