unable to open the chase bank website
Normally I open all my financial institutions and bank websites on my home computer no issues. Today, I was unable to open the Chase Bank website. Other financial websites opened fine. Tried opening the Chase Bank mobile app on my iPhone and also unable, perhaps because my iPhone was operating on my home wifi. Changing my iPhone off wifi to just 4G, the Chase Bank app was able to be opened. Is my Xfinity IP address for some reason being blocked by the Chase Bank websites? How can I fix this. Always worked fine up to today. Unable to open via Microsoft Edge or Chrome on my home computer.

Perhaps a traceroute to the domain may reveal where the blockage is occurring.

Just got off phone with Chase Bank. Apparently many other customers experiencing same problem opening up the Chase website. The issue seems to be only with Xfinity internet customers. Not an issue with browser selection. I was informed to just wait, hopefully not longer than 24 hrs for some resolution by Chase technical support.

Running a Traceroute
Take the following steps to run a traceroute in Microsoft® Windows®:
Press Windows key + R to open the Run window.
Enter cmd and press Enter to open a Command Prompt.
Enter tracert, a space, then the IP address or web address for the destination site (for example: tracert www.lexis.com).
Press Enter.
