Unable to forward ports through XFI and default router login blocked.

When logging into the router through to forward a couple of ports using the default login, It says "User is blocked." I have tried resetting the router several times with no luck.


I also heard that xfinity makes you forward ports through xfi, so I tried logging in from the mobile app and the web browser.  Trying to view it redirects me to xfinity.com/not-eligible. I'm wondering if there is still a way to do this?
