Unable to Disable xFi Advance Security

Everytime i try to disable xFi Advance Security on the website or xFi app it just says 

"We're Having Some Trouble

We're having some difficulty updating your preferences. Please refresh the page. If the problem persists, check back later."

I tried logging in and out, but the issue still happens. Any solutions?
