Unable to Delete a device on my network that is NOT mine
Your installer was out here several days ago to install your modem/router Gateway. After he left I noticed a device connected to my network that is not mine. It is called "Liberty Safelert"
The only person with my Internet network password was your installer and this device is clearly not mine. I googled the device Liberty Safelert and it appears to be a wifi device used to monitor a gun safe.
I do not own a gun safe or this device. How do I delete it from my network your AI chat assistant is not helpful. The only thing I seem to be able to do is "PAUSE" this device however I want it deleted from the network.

Hello, @user_hx6oia thank you for taking time to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and I'd like to help with the unknown device on your network. Reviewing this helpful document from our website: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-wifi-devices-my-account. If the device wasn't registered on the network, this could be why you're unable to remove it.
From experience, I've found customers who see unknown devices on their account usually need to have a Moca filter installed or replaced. Customers have told me that they've picked a Moca filter up at local Xfinity Store, you can check to see if you have one near here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/store-selector. The other option is to schedule a tech to come out and get it added.
Please follow up at your convenience, if you need to get a tech visit schedule for the Moca filter I can get that set up for you.
