Unable to connect to the Internet.

I haven't been connected to the internet for 3 hours now.
What's going on? It suddenly cuts off and the yellow light has been blinking for three hours.
I tried turning it off and on, and I pressed the active button, but it didn't work.
The money they take is by no means a small amount.
It's not just today. It's been disconnected and connected before.
I'm wondering if I should use Comcast more because of this issue that happens often.
There were no floods or typhoons in our area.
There was also no power outage.
I haven't been able to do my school homework because of this blackout. It's really the worst that my score is cut because of the internet.
(The sentence may be strange using the translator.)

First. Check here for official info on any possible local outages;

https://www.xfinity.com/support/status

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Or you can use the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

user_5eg0zz I can understand the frustration, did your services come back on? How often is this happening? Also, have you checked the awesome Xfinity app to see if there were any reported interruptions at the time? Interruptions can happen for a variety of reasons, not just during bad weather, someone could hit a pedestal, there could be an issue at a node that supplies services to your home or there could be maintenance happening.
