Unable to connect to outside servers

We ar unable to use any of our gaming equipment at home. Wifi works fine for phones and streaming shows and movies. But when logging into game servers. We are immediately logged out or disconnected. This started immediately after activating a new gateway. I know it's not not my equipment or the game. As I have taken my pc and had no issues at another location. Xfinity says there are outages in my area with no ETA on completion so no one will talk on the phone. This doesn't make sense to me since the wifi works and Internet on PC work. I am just not connecting to servers at all. Not even for a min. I am immediately disconnected. I was given another gateway and the cm mac will not activate. 

When logging into the 10.0.0.1 I see my network. It immediately logs me out and when I log back in I see someone else's network and their Wi-Fi password. It will log me out and when I log in it's mine again. This happens repeatedly.

PC is connected via Ethernet. Issue was not happening prior to last Saturday immediately after switching to newer gateway. I have the 1k GB plan
