Unable to connect to Guildwars 2 account or the game

I switched to Xfinity yesterday and I'm unable to connect to Guildwars 2 account or the game. I can connect with no issue to with my old DSL which is still working.

Hello, @user_x9s9qj. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues connecting to your Guildwars 2 account and the game itself. This is definitely not the way we like to start our relationships with our customers. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to this problem.

 

So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Are you having issues browsing the internet while connected to your Xfinity wifi signal?

Thank you for your response. I just got this straightened out with Arena Net. The problem was caused by authentication on their end.

I can now log into the game and I'm enjoying my 300 mbps internet!
