Unable to connect to chase.com in northwestern Washington
I'm unable to connect to Chase Bank (www.chase.com) starting this morning using MS Edge or Google Chrome. A similar issue in logged earlier this week from California suggested running a trace route command to identify the problem and I've done that on both applications but have no idea whatsoever what the results mean. The results are copied below. Could you assist me please?

The trace shows that data is leaving Comcast's network and is being passed along to Level3 and then Qwest.
"Unable to connect" doesn't give us much to go on. What exactly happens when you try to connect to Chase.com? Any error messages? The more details you can provide, the better.

All good points, my apologies. There were no error messages, just https://www.chase.com in the address bar and white space in the screen below it.
I was able to log in this evening and the site is working as it should. There was no message or explanation of what occurred. Thank you for your assistance and response, it's much appreciated.
