Unable to connect to any game servers without vpn
Hello I just moved into a new apartment and have a new xfi modem. I can browser the internet fine, stream movies/videos, and download anything. When I try connecting to games however I either get "can not connect to server" errors or I connect but immediately get a "disconnected/lost connection to server" message within 5 seconds. If I turn on a VPN I am able to connect to the servers. I also tried another spare modem that I have and it made no difference.

@rh209216 We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I definitely understand the frustration if you aren't able to connect to your games. Can you provide a little more information about what type of device you are using when you get this error and if you are connected to the modem via an Ethernet cable or using your Wi-Fi?
