Unable to connect my Aosu Wireless Doorbell Camera to wireless network. Is this CyberSecure? Is this my XB10 Gateway Modem?

I have attempted to onboard two Aosu Doorbell Cameras.

One successfully onboarded and used when I used my personal router, a Netgear Nighthawk cable modem, at my previous address.

I moved, migrated my Xfinity service to a new address, and decided to use the Xfinity Advanced Gateway XB10, and now my previous Aosu Doorbell Camera will not connect to my wireless network.

Attempted to purchase an upgraded version on the Aosu Doorbell Camera, same results, unable to complete wireless network connection (it will reach 95% each time and fail to complete network connection)

Opened a case with Aosu, went through all of the relevant troubleshooting steps:
* Make sure you are associated to a 2.4GHz wireless SSID on your phone

* Turn off mobile data on your phone

* Turn off 5GHz wireless temporarily on your home network (XB10)
* Factory reset the Aosu Doorbell Camera

* Remove the Aosu Doorbell Camera from the application

* etc.
Same results.

Ultimately Aosu sent a brand new device, but I now have 3 devices, all unable to connect to the wireless network.

I am inclined to think that the problem is my wireless network at this point.

This is an essential set up for me as I have little ones and home security is paramount.
