Unable to access Xfinity Gateway Modem

I have done a factory reset on my router but am still unable to login to this screen:

using the login information Username: admin Password: password while connected to my wifi.  Is there something I am missing or something else I can do to login?  Is anyone else having these issues?  Thank you!
