Un happy customer

Not only did I get my hardware I was supposed to get because it was time to stop paying $400 a month for cable that was not adequate but I go into my account to check it. My password doesn’t work so I changed my password which was a total nightmare trying to do and it worked just now. I tried to login with that same password and it doesn’t work. I tell you you take Apple products and mix it with Xfinity and you have nothing but a frustrating nightmare between the two I pay almost $600 a month and it’s so frustrating that I accept the service from both of those companies
