Ubiquiti UCI not provisioned correctly
I'm getting only 1.3GBps download and 40MBps upload on my new "Next Gen Tier" modem of Ubiquiti UCI that I setup yesterday. I'm on the 2GBps plan.
Ubiquiti UCI is a certified Next-Gen Mid-Split modem. I am currently provisioned on a legacy bootfile capping my upload at 40 Mbps. Please push the Next-Gen / Mid-Split Gigabit x2 bootfile to my modem so I can get my plan's full upload speed.
Let me know what other info you need!

On a Desktop:
Make sure you’re logged into the forums.
Click the Direct Message icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Click the New Conversation icon to start a message.
Note: If the New Conversation icon is disabled, go to Profile Settings, uncheck “Opt Out from Direct Messaging,” and click Save.
In the “To:” field, type “Xfinity Support” and select the Xfinity Support handle with the blue checkmark to send your message.
On a Mobile Device:
Make sure you’re logged into the forums.
Tap the New Conversation icon.
In the “To:” field, type “Xfinity Support” and tap the Xfinity Support handle with the blue checkmark to send your message.
