Twitch Streaming issues

so when I go to stream through OBS with Twitch, I’m always dropping frames and nothing wrong with my Internet. It’s connected to lan, but it just kept dropping frames and I do check the gateway and I check for everything I was like what is happening this been going on for a while and it feels like my modem is blocking it so I can’t stream. I don’t know if twitch is fully congested because streamers are flooding it I don’t know

Thank you for reaching out to us here @CaitlinAKAFallen. That can definitely be a frustrating experience with the internet service. Have you attempted to go to the  Devices page in your account. (You may be asked to sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.) and run a diagnostic test there. Are you using an Xfinity leased modem, or one of your own?

@XfinityJohnG​  i got it working some how OBS setting were changed when the new update came out so Check ..video encoding,bitrate,and stream congestion beta(get checked)
