tv pixelation

TV is pixelating - both sound and picture. It's happening on all of my TVs, but it's worse on the one that's hooked up with the router. Internet has also been having issues with dropping the connection, and wifi is no longer accessible throughout my home. We've replaced the router and have the additional pods placed throughout, but continuing to have issues. Can't seem to find a way to connect with a human being to address the issues. How can this be fixed? I work from home and this is directly impacting my ability to do so.

Same. trying to watch the Eagles game with the pixelations drops in frames and audio was painful, like `i was stealing cable or something.
I went through the troubleshooting, nothing helped, even with an updated box.

internet was fine in the house, and it doesn't happen on

user_rsayoo, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Have you run through the troubleshooting steps on the Xfinity App? It is a great way to run a system refresh that will clear this issue up in most cases. If you are still having trouble, let us know so we can see what's going on.

Yes, I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps online and with an agent. Technician  is scheduled to come out tomorrow.

user_rsayoo I'm glad to hear you have gone through the troubleshooting steps and were able to schedule a technician to come out. What time is the appointment? I'd like to follow up tomorrow to check on the pixelation. We'd like to make sure your issue is completely resolved. Would that be okay?
