From my research online for this TV, to quickly fix an LG ThinQ TV not connecting to Wi-Fi, perform a hard reset on both the TV and your router, and ensure your TV’s software is updated. Next is to Clear Network Settings: Navigate to Settings → General → Network → Reset Network Settings. These clears saved network configurations and lets you start fresh. Ensure your ThinQ TV’s firmware is current via Settings → All Settings → Support → Software Update.
