I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you were having getting your two Roku TVs connected to WiFi, and I'd love to see what our Digital Care Team can do to help! We're great to work with here because we'll always do everything we can to review and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Is everything else in the home connecting to your in-home network at this time? May I ask what troubleshooting you've tried so far (i.e. restarting the TVs, restarting the modem, removing and re-adding the devices in the Xfinity App, etc.)?
