Tv and internet not workin

Our internet is not working.  Our tv has X1 platform update is on the tv.  It tried updating and it failed.  What do we need to do?

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

If you're still having a problem, and you're not seeing any area issues listed on the XFINITY App or on the map here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage, I would recommend unplugging the power for the modem and cable box for a few moments then plugging back in to see if that solves the situation. Let us know if that works!
