Turn off WiFi Hotspot
I turned off the Wifi Hotspot associated with my account. Your site said it would take up to 24 hours to process the request. 36 hours later and it's still active. I called and talked to a representative who said she needed to "reset" the request and that it would be turned off within the hour. 2 hours later and it's still active. She also promised to call back to check on the status of my request and I have not heard back from her. I would like this turned off right away and can't seem to get any help.
