Trying to return an equipment that doesn't show up on the return page

I've been trying to return a storm ready equipment and is not showing up on my xfinity return page to be able to get a lable. How can i return an equipment like that?

Our Experts are great resources to assisting us with customer support. The link that has been provided is would be for a normal equipment return, and good information to save. When it comes to Storm Ready Wi-Fi devices, they are handled a little different because of how they are billed, and return process.
