Trying to go through the modem setup process again, cannot find any way to do so.

Encountering constant issues, rebooting modem/router/PC temporarily resolves the issues, but they return within minutes. Trying to go through the modem setup process again as it fixed a previous issue. I no longer have a second modem on hand to do so and I do not see an option to trigger the process again anywhere.

Hello, @user_4k7dmv can you provide additional details about the constant issues your been experiencing to help resolve this? You can follow the instructions to set up your modem here

I guess the wording in the app is not the greatest. This appears to be what I was looking for. My near constant issues have not been seen since yesterday when I went through the process again.

Thank you for getting back to us, @user_4k7dmv! I'm happy to hear that helped. Going through the activation process will reprovision your modem and install a new boot file, which can resolve an activation issue like the one you described.
