Trying to get xfinity NOW
I am trying to help a family member get the new xfinity NOW prepaid internet service; $30/100mbs or $45/200mbs. They currently have old AT&T DSL so would like to get something faster.
while their home address qualifies for regular xfinity internet, it doesn’t seem to qualify for this xfinity NOW prepaid internet.
why?

Hey there mcf57, that's really nice of you to help your family out and look into our NOW Internet service for them. It's a great new service we offer that's easy to set up, and has a ton of value. The address does need to be within our serviceable footprint, are you using the NOW Portal to check the address? If so, does your family member already subscribe to other Xfinity services or possibly live in a "bulk" community?
