Trying to get router logs

I am in admin and run the logs, but it keeps giving me an operation timeout.

If you are using a Comcast rented gateway device, you can't. They have blocked the end user from accessing the modem component's RF signal error log entries.

However, you should still be able to view the signal status values such as the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers.
