@user_elwecl Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We just wanted to check back in with you to see if you were still having trouble accessing your logs while in Admin, please feel free to reply to us here if you are still having trouble.
If you are using a Comcast rented gateway device, you can't. They have blocked the end user from accessing the modem component's RF signal error log entries.
However, you should still be able to view the signal status values such as the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers.
