Trying to game and getting double nat

I am using a gateway for my wifi. It was working when i first got it about 5 days ago. I moved my xbox closer so i could use wired but it showed double nat so i have tried using wireless instead and now that also says double nat. I have looked and cant seem to figure out how to fix it.

Hey, @JoshTDeCamp! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with the Double Nat. You had mentioned you were using the gateway for your wifi. Do you by chance also have a standalone router hooked up to it as well?
