Troubleshooting specific site issues

Hi, I have an issue with specific internet requests failing when they go through my wifi/ethernet and comcast, but working when not on comcast (e.g. 4G mobile hotspot). Specifically, accessing a specific URL works for viewing the pages, except when I submit a save request when I make a change on one - when it fails most of the time. As soon as I switch to a non-comcast network it works every time. I have the application developer assisting with troubleshooting but it appears that the requests just don't get out. I have tried this on multiple devices, website and mobile app, and in all cases it only fails on my wifi at home with comcast. 

How can I troubleshoot this?

Perhaps the output of traceroutes to the sites that can't be reached will reveal where the blockages are occuring.

Also. Sometimes sites / servers IP addresses get blacklisted when they shouldn't be. As a possible temporary workaround, you could try disabling their Advanced Security feature and see;
