Trouble connecting my Epson Et-2850 to wifi MAC Filtering

I am not a technical person; my printer was working fine then all of a sudden it stops due to MAC Filtering. I've called and called and was given direction to do it myself, and as I informed the last representative, I am not a technical person.  I have tried going to http://10.0.0.1 and by the instructions that I was given I receive instructions to change my password.  I'm so frustrated at this point; I need to get some documents printed and can't. Has anyone else had or have this problem if so please help.
