@user_tzpvbq thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Forums. I'd like to do everything I can to help with your Wi-Fi connections. Have you double-checked the coax connections on the back of your modem/gateway and at the wall to ensure it is finger tight. If there are any splitters between the modem and the wall you can also bypass the splitter to see if that helps.
