Throttling Network
I’d like to get clarification on our internet speeds. It’s showing 40mbps and when I first got it the technician showed me (in-person) it was 1400mbps up speed and 300+ down. If I’m being throttled I’d like to get it lifted. I’ve never been late on payments. Thanks. Edited: I’m paying for 1.2GB and I work from home if this helps.

Hello @Spc22, We don't throttle customer's internet. But if you are testing the speeds and they are coming in around 40 we definitely want to figure out what is causing the issue. What did the tech say about the issue?
